Staring 1 November 2005, the eight centers for raising public awareness on Constitutional Changes, which were established by the Armenian Young Lawyers Association, The Law Foundation of Armenia and “Legal Alliance” Law Firm, provided free legal advice cervices to the citizens in Yerevan and in the provinces of the RA.
During the Advocacy Campaign over 1000 RA citizens used the free legal services of the centers. The issues of concern of the citizens in most cases referred to the power of the RA President and the National Assembly, as well as to the judiciary system, local government bodies, the status of Yerevan City, dual citizenship and other.
